Great location near attractions, helpful staff, easy parking, generous room size, excellent amenities.

Hotel was modern and absolutely great, we appreciated this place.

clean hotel, and the staff were really helpful and very helpful, location was convenient close to the gondola. booked a twin room, that was provided with coffee and 2 single beds, as example. the breakfast had variety of outstanding food and drinks. location : the property was short walk to the great attractions and the common areas and the centre. also, norwood shopping center was 1 mile away from the venue.

The location was awesome, in the city centre.

The room was modern, nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom could have been cleaner, and I did find the mattress a bit hard.

Had well-appointed twin room with comfortable beds and wake-up service was available in it. I had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. The location near to skyline was handy and decent❤😀

we were in an absolutely perfect location close to all rotorua attractions and calm area, the skyline and all the fast food outlets, and the city centre. also, teamsport go karting warrington was 2 km away.

We stayed here for a family getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our three-night visit. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the local township, with a convenient store right next door. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts we needed. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

The location of the property was unbeatable, close to the Gondola. Besides, we were adjacent to all Rotorua attractions and calm area and supermarkets and the centre.

I enjoyed delicious evening meals and a hearty breakfast, all made even better by the restaurant’s fantastic quality. Plus, the location was ideal with various attractions within walking distance.
